1. Free credits, no monetary value

Instinkt Exchange lets you predict outcomes using free virtual credits. Credits and league tokens are game points: they cannot be purchased, withdrawn, redeemed, transferred for value or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. Rankings and achievements do not entitle you to a reward. There are no deposits or cash payouts.

Do not sell accounts or credits, charge for entry to a league, arrange prizes or use the service to organize real-money bets or side payments. These terms cover only the free version of the service.

2. Your account

Use accurate account information, keep your login details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate others, create accounts to exploit bonuses or rankings, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

The proposed launch is for adults aged 18 and over. This eligibility rule must be confirmed before these draft terms take effect. The game does not provide financial, investment or betting advice.

3. Predictions and resolution

Read each question’s resolution criteria, closing time and available source information before participating. Global markets use an automated market maker; trades change the displayed price. Winning global shares settle for one virtual credit per share and losing shares for zero. Selling before resolution depends on the game’s pricing rules.

Private leagues use separate token balances and pooled bets. Winning participants share the pot in proportion to their winning stakes. League commissioners resolve league questions; site administrators resolve global questions and may intervene in league questions. Cancelled questions are handled through the applicable void/refund mechanism in virtual credits or tokens.

For an unclear question, disputed outcome or suspected error, contact support with the question link and supporting source. Displayed probabilities are game prices, not guarantees of an outcome or a scientific opinion poll.

4. Automated accounts and rankings

The service includes operator-controlled automated accounts that can trade on global markets and affect prices and activity. Their behavior is generated by software, not independent human predictions. Automated accounts may currently appear in rankings and activity alongside other accounts without individual labels. They do not participate in private league pots.

Starting prices, virtual liquidity, bonuses and automated activity influence the game. Do not interpret activity counts or rankings as proof of the number or views of independent human participants.

5. Public activity and acceptable content

Usernames, public profiles, rankings, market participation, comments and shared achievement pages can be visible to others. League content is available to members and people administering the service; members may copy or share it outside the league. Do not post information you need to keep confidential.

Do not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, hate, private personal information about others, impersonation or material you lack permission to use. Do not use questions or messages to encourage harm. You retain your rights in your content and permit us to store and display it as needed to provide the features you use. Report concerning content to support with its location.

6. Availability, errors and account closure

The service is under development. Features, availability and game rules may change, and outages or errors can occur. We may pause a feature or restrict abusive use to protect the service. Virtual balances do not create a financial claim against the operator. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion from your profile. Remaining credits are forfeited. Account deletion does not remove all game records or user-authored content; the Privacy Policy and account-deletion page explain what remains.

7. Contact, changes and applicable law

Send questions, complaints and resolution disputes to the support address below. Serbian law applies, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that protect you. These terms do not prevent complaints to a competent authority or access to a competent court.

An updated version will show its revision date. Material changes should be brought to users’ attention before taking effect where required. This draft is not an assertion that you have already accepted these terms or consented to data processing.
